I am signing my 2nd year lease for these apartments. Living in Coppercreek is a great place to live. There are quite a few seniors which is wonderful as the apartments are very quiet. These are not the newest, most modern apartments, but they are comfortable, large and nice. Rent is reasonable. Debbie, the office manager is friendly and does a great job. Maintenance has a lot to be desired as currently there is not a maintenance person on site at this time. Washers and dryers are in every ...

apartment. All in all Coppercreek is a great place to live.
