Great Apartment
July 19, 2025We have lived here for almost 5 years now and love the area that we are in, it's quiet and they have done a lot of repairs since the last hurricane. The maintenance staff is punctual with any repairs that we need. Pricing is on average for what I see with other apartments in the area. We have only talked with the office staff a few times, but they have always been pleasant. Bad place to live
November 27, 2019I have been living this place for 1 & half months, overall everything is ok but security systems are very bad, there is no cc camera, parking problems always. One night my son’s car was being broken by someone but we couldn’t find the person because of camera and even the people in the office didn’t help us at all. Things are breaking all the time, maintenance people are unavailable, usually don’t often.Review from Apartments.com

I too lived there, for 4 years and the people who owned their units think they have more rights than the renters and we’re very rude and selfish and complained about everything! Find a better option
October 23, 2018This is a horrible place to live. I couldn’t wait to move out from the time I moved in. There are drug issues (people smoking weed on the steps comfortably), outdated and shorty appliances, not enough parking spaces for the residents alone and it’s not enforced at all. You can enjoy the view of a trash heap because the dumpster is not close to large enough for the complex so trash gets piled all around it on a weekly basis which attracts rodents and unwanted smells. Only live in this place if you ...have no other options or can not afford better. The owners and property managers will nickel and dime you as much as they can. I informed the property manager that I’d be moving almost two full months prior to my lease expiring in person. A month later I called to follow up to find out how to transfer power back to them and they told me that they’d be charging me an extra month because it’s in the contract that the notice had to be provided in writing. Conveniently she omitted that fact when I was talking with her in person the first time. I wish this site would allow me to post pictures so I can make everyone aware that I am not just some angry former resident and there is truth to what I say. August 16, 2015I'm a single mom with 2 children. I have been living at the same address for 3 years now. I love the community. It's very safe for the kids. August 14, 2015I consider Coral Cove Condos my home. I am a senior and live alone . I feel very safe here. No crime in this complex. Staff are friendly and they make any and all repairs in a timely manner. I live within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, groceries, movie theaters and bus stops. We have a beautiful pool, grilling area , two play areas,and boat ramp. I love it here as the other residents are friendly. They are pet friendly here with restrictions as to weight and dog breed. Worst place to live
January 9, 2015The people who own units here feel they have more rights than renters. They are rude and selfish. The office could care less about real action. Neighbors are rude and loud all hours of the night. The grade of apartment is not fitting for the price. DO NOT LIVE HERE! No respect for renters. The only good thing about this place is the maintenance crew. Nicest guys who remember residents. Worst experience ever. People don't follow the rules here.Review from Apartments.com
