Nice Apartment, Quiet Area

Apartment has plenty of room with a bedroom, kitchen, living room, and bath all decent sized. The neighborhood is very quiet. Some covered parking and drive way that is always cleared when it snows.

The landlord has no noise ordinance. The tenants below me play their music loud all the time and wake me up every night. I complained to the landlord and he lets the tenant keep playing their music loud. If you have a problem and call the landlord, he does not return phone calls. If something major needs repaired you must fight to get it done or wait months for the repair. The rent is very reasonable but do not rent here if you like quiet.
