  • Windowless, loud, dirty units!

    Do not rent here. After being great tenants for 3 years, we’re now looking to leave. We moved into a bottom-floor unit 6 months ago, and it was immediately obvious the place hadn’t been cleaned—dust was caked on the ceiling fan and surfaces. Maintenance is a joke, taking over a month to respond to basic requests, and communication from management is virtually nonexistent. In March, we were given just one day’s notice that our only light source in the living space—a sliding glass door—would be ...

    Orion bought this community shortly before I moved in, and thats where the problems started. The apartment was disgustingly filthy when I moved in. I had to report this 3 times, and it took them a month to resolve this issue. At the same time, an animal had gotten into the roof, and chewed a hole through the ceiling of my bedroom. It took several weeks for them to take care of the animal in my ceiling, and I have lived here for 4 months now, and they STILL have not fixed the hole in my ceiling. ...
    In fact, in the time I have been here, they have not resolved a single maintenance request I have made. I understand that there are some issues when big transitions are made, but they refused to compensate me for the month when this apartment was basically uninhabitable, and are uncaring of the continued issues I have had. I am not the type of person to typically write reviews, but this is by far the worst apartment experience I have ever had.

  • New Management Team

    Orion appears to be improving service here. The last management left my parking status unclear, and they took care of it. Thankfully there was some staff left that could verify my situation. It's a great neighborhood and nice neighbors. Past management was changing all the time, so I hope these folks will hang on for awhile. Been her 12 years in 3 different apartments, never any issues with other tenants only some of the management companies. Orion is doing well so far.
