  • Disgusting place to live

    June 19, 2024
    Reeks of smoke and mold. The air vents stink. They smell like cigarettes, cat pee, and toilet water. The air quality is so bad I had breathing problems the whole time we've lived here. We fortunately are moving out in the next few weeks and are counting down the days eagerly.

  • Terrible Management

    Don’t do it. New management is terrible and doesn’t take anything seriously at all. Save yourself the headaches and money because you’ll be paying out of pocket to deal with all the maintenance issues as nothing gets resolved in a timely manner. read reviews of all corinth properties as they’re all owned by the same company.

  • Poor management

    January 4, 2018
    The basements flood terribly when it rains heavily and the entire building smells musty and moldy. Was told i was getting a full refund on my deposit and havent received anything yet. Everytime i call nobody seems to know anything and im having to get a lawyer involved to try and get my deposit back. Dont recommend at all.

  • Mission Valley

    Mission Valley is one of several properties owned by the same company in Prairie Village's Corinth Community. The apartments are quiet and cater to a variety of renters. Most units have a fireplace and tons of closet space. Easy access to 435, Plaza, Waldo, Ward Parkway, and minutes from Prairie Fire. Management has changed, and seems to be on target with meeting resident's needs.
