Worst Property Management Company - Drake
January 10, 2025Be AWARE Renters! Please Check Google Reviews for this building! No heat in the building since January 3rd 2025 as of this post January 10 . Poor Maintenance- you will not get any maintenance in your unit no matter how urgent that might be.- Communication- there is no way to contact the building management. They have hired a telephone answering company to hide behind and they take the shots. They hang up! cleanness - the building is pretty much in ruins and dirt. No Regular cleaning. ...People smoke in the emergency stairways or Sometimes they will carry their cigarettes in the elevator. Yes - Privileged Canadians mostly Safety and Security - the building offers a great place for drug addicts and dealers, you will see those people during the day and night buzzing in or in the elevators. Make sure to not panic. That’s normal under drake property management. Sometimes you will see awkward exchanges in the elevators. You will also find homeless people or tents in different floor hallways or stairs. They also roam around the parking since the garage door is open 24/7 plus They also do their washroom their withing the building. If you are comfortable with the above conditions, please don’t hesitate to Rent from drake otherwise find an Effort trust building they were way better managing this building.
