I have lived here for 13 months. Issues: - broken glass in bedroom when I moved in, still NOT repaired - bedbugs 1 month after I moved in, I have video of them coming in from outside hallway. had more than 7 professional treatments, but they are coming in from neighbor's wall cracks and outside - Vandalism in the underground parking garage, had my car's window damaged and personal item stolen. NO security were present ! - Parking renovation taking place estimated 12 to 18 MONTHS, our parking ...

spots were relocated to 10 min walking away from building. - Bedroom AC making loud noises every 30 min for months, still not repaired. I have requested to leave buidling but management insist for 60 day notice despite the teriible living conditions ! AVOID THIS BUILDING AT ALL COSTS

Apart from the numerous other issues this and it's twin building has faced over the past 10 years, they were complacent in a woman losing her life in that building brutally, from another tenant that should of been long removed from the building, but horrible management did nothing.

In such a convenient spot transportation and restaurant wise. Short 12 minute drive to get to class (McMaster) and good bars in the area too. Moved in 3 months ago and management communication has been very fast and helpful, they even let me move in a couple days early at no charge.
