    The leasing process was really difficult because the office would never answer their phones. But very quiet place. And they have a bigger elevator to move stuff.

    Me and my boyfriend have only been here for 3-4 weeks but honestly its been good so far i have zero complaints so far. The noise is not as bad as i assumed it would be, overall its been great from even leasing the apartment to move in its been smooth and we love that ! its my first time renting my own apartment so it was great.

    Great community to live at! Great amenities, could be cleaner at times. Main garage door breaks down from time to time. Maintenance is quick and reliable.

    it’s very quiet and peaceful but parking is tough cus all the reserved spots, nobody is ever parked in them. outside of that i like the security and the safety

  • Infested with Roaches

    Whole property is infested with roaches- we moved in March 2025 and have had over 10+ roaches in unit and hallways. The neighbors on floor have also experienced this. Vanessa the PM has been terrible about getting to root of the problem. Do not live here.

    moving in was so simple with Anthony’s guidance! the process was great and i felt very welcomed. everything is really clean and cornell is very close to the mall which is a plus for those who like to shop. i’m glad i chose here for my first apartments! great for anyone looking for that luxury vibe

    I love it here! the staff are really nice and thoughtful. there are always treats in the lobby for both residents and pets. They are also very quick in responding to maintenance requests.

    The multiple price increase on rent and even the clubhouse with no justification. Also, the doors are broke allowing anyone to enter the building. There is no safety or security. The vehicle gate is always broke entering the garage as well, etc..
