July 8, 2025Me and my boyfriend have only been here for 3-4 weeks but honestly its been good so far i have zero complaints so far. The noise is not as bad as i assumed it would be, overall its been great from even leasing the apartment to move in its been smooth and we love that ! its my first time renting my own apartment so it was great.Property Manager Responded

Infested with Roaches
April 30, 2025Whole property is infested with roaches- we moved in March 2025 and have had over 10+ roaches in unit and hallways. The neighbors on floor have also experienced this. Vanessa the PM has been terrible about getting to root of the problem. Do not live here.Property Manager Responded

February 14, 2025The multiple price increase on rent and even the clubhouse with no justification. Also, the doors are broke allowing anyone to enter the building. There is no safety or security. The vehicle gate is always broke entering the garage as well, etc..Property Manager Responded
