I give this apartment building a 4/5 because of mainly the location and the modern style of the apartments. I've found so far that Ann Arbor's monthly rent is pretty pricey compared to other college towns and cities, but this apartment is in such a prime location it's insane! The apartments are a little on the more compact side for the rent price but the location right at State and Washington trumps the apartment space. It is so close to all city sites, shops, bars, etc. It makes being a college ...

These apartments are the perfect location for everything downtown! It's directly above a CVS, a block from a Walgreens and a Starbucks, and within 5 minutes of all nightlife. It's also very close to U of M bus stops, so it's very easy to get to classes on North Campus. The management is attentive, and any maintenance needed was completed within the day. Although it's a little pricey, the perks definitely make up for it.

I'm living in Cornerhouse as a student at the University of Michigan, and I love it! It's a beautiful apartment, fully furnished, and ideal from student living as it's very close to many University buildings on Central Campus. The building manager Amy is very helpful and kind. In addition to it being fully furnished, the apartment is included with a large wall-mounted TV with DirecTV and high speed internet access included in rent. Also included is water and trash removal. The downside of the ...
property is that the parking available is extremely expensive and limited, but that is to be expected in downtown Ann Arbor. All in all, it's a great living experience in Cornerhouse and I recommend it highly to any student looking for a nice place to live during the school year.
