Worst Apartment
April 26, 2024This is an awful place to live. I lived here from Aug 2020-June 2021 and I got charged $695 in 1/17/2024 for my cleaning move out fees? I paid them a deposit back in 2020 and yet they charge me in 2024, never sent me a bill, or got ahold of me and sent me to collections and am now getting sued. Not only that but so much illegal activity was happening while living there and hallways were always dirty and smelt like smoke. If you plan to live here, beware. And once you sign your lease documents and ...get your apartment/move out there is literally no way to get ahold of the leasing agent, voicemail after voicemail and no return call.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
2’x3’ mold wall over a year still not fixed
July 7, 2023Reported mold in multiple walls in may of 2022. Have had to replace my request to fix it multiple times because they would only do part of it and then mark is as complete and not come back. Staff blames tennants for lack of fixing even when they have 5 hours a day/5 days a week to get in there for over 8 months. Staff repeatedly says they can’t come back for another several weeks because they have other stuff they’re working on- even though I’ve been waiting over a year.Review from Apartments.com
You will be disappointed
July 21, 2022Multiple items broke and took weeks or months to fix including but not limited to our washing machine, fridge light, master bath sink and more. Dog poop is covering all the grass year round and in the spring it is especially disgusting. Getting your deposit back is near impossible. Keep a detailed record of all repairs placed. Take a video when you move in and when you move out.Review from Apartments.com
