Unprepared
August 6, 2024I scheduled a tour, got a confirmation message, drove 40 minutes there to tour, and nobody was there. I waited 30 minutes in the parking lot, called, left a voicemail, and did not hear from anyone until 4pm. My tour was scheduled for 10am. DO NOT MOVE HERE - SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE
March 15, 2022Roaches, pee coming from my ceiling, poor paint job, and yellowing on the ceiling. Work orders from months ago were not completed, but whenever rent is due they all of a sudden want to communicate. All of our appliances are in poor condition, the dishwasher had glass at the bottom and a foul smell, our stovetop is falling apart. Oh and also our carpet is coming up and has glue from previous residents in it that will never come out.Property Manager Responded
