Management is warm, very caring, delightful & refreshing. Seeing the negative posts from family members, that contain inaccurate & wrong facts, is very disheartening to those of us that live here & know better. When you talk with us, you'll learn that we love living here, because we are all treated with the HIGHEST RESPECT. This is a wonderful and safe place to live !!!

When my mother first moved here, the previous manager Vicki was wonderful. Very caring and helpful to her residents. My mother suffers from some memory and mental issues due to her age. When the new management took over, the new manager Chris was extremely rigid, uncaring, and disrespectful to speak to. She does not have the skills to work with elderly people, especially those that may need some extra patience. She was equally rude to me as she was to my mother, inflexible, and degrading to a ...
person with mental health issues. These apartments are very nice looking, and very comfortable. I have no complaints about the quality of the apartment itself. However, the manager is not someone that I would ever recommend dealing with due to her terrible customer service.

Senior citizens live there. A few of the residents fight and are very nasty. The manager does nothing, she supports the abusers. Many of the residents stay in there apartments, because it is so bad on the first floor. If she doesn't like you, she will get back at that resident.
I agree with the other reviewer. Stay away!

My grandmother in law lives here and has been treated like a number! No one helps her, management talks to her poorly, and she feels the need to stay away from the downstairs area due to their behavior. Stay away!
