Terrible customer service
April 27, 2017When my mother first moved here, the previous manager Vicki was wonderful. Very caring and helpful to her residents. My mother suffers from some memory and mental issues due to her age. When the new management took over, the new manager Chris was extremely rigid, uncaring, and disrespectful to speak to. She does not have the skills to work with elderly people, especially those that may need some extra patience. She was equally rude to me as she was to my mother, inflexible, and degrading to a ...person with mental health issues. These apartments are very nice looking, and very comfortable. I have no complaints about the quality of the apartment itself. However, the manager is not someone that I would ever recommend dealing with due to her terrible customer service.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Really Horrible Management!
December 22, 2016Senior citizens live there. A few of the residents fight and are very nasty. The manager does nothing, she supports the abusers. Many of the residents stay in there apartments, because it is so bad on the first floor. If she doesn't like you, she will get back at that resident. I agree with the other reviewer. Horrible management!
