We were not able to see the unit or tour the building until the day we moved in. We were shown a demo unit and given a floorplan which bore no resemblance to the actual unit. Common areas are disgusting and in need of repair.
We were on the 14th floor. The freight elevator had not worked in years. Of the two people elevators, only one worked. The elevators are old and frequently broke down causing us to walk all 14 flights with groceries.

utility charges that were supposed to be included. They also added a cleaning charge. I've been trying to resolve the final bill for months. They don't want to talk or discuss. Infuriating!
Run away and don't believe a word they say.
