May 17, 2025Good price and great location. The washer and dryer in the basement are convenient and the staff is super friendly and attentive. Cannot beat the price for a 2 br 1.5 bath unit!Review from Apartments.com

Good Value
August 16, 2015Great location on MKE's East Side. Close to restaurants, night life, parks, and Lake Michigan. Spacious and good layout, but a bit outdated (common areas currently being updated). All units are 2 BR/1.5 BA Parking available at extra cost but street parking isn't a struggle. Free heat is nice but never got above 66 degrees for us in winter. Street noise takes some getting used to. Prompt maintenance attention by staff with convenient online request form. Everything considered, good value.Review from Apartments.com
