December 29, 2025I love it here and don’t plan on moving anytime soon. The only issue was parking, but that’s been resolved. I feel safe in this area and love how close everything is.Review from Apartments.com

Good Value
August 16, 2015Great location on MKE's East Side. Close to restaurants, night life, parks, and Lake Michigan. Spacious and good layout, but a bit outdated (common areas currently being updated). All units are 2 BR/1.5 BA Parking available at extra cost but street parking isn't a struggle. Free heat is nice but never got above 66 degrees for us in winter. Street noise takes some getting used to. Prompt maintenance attention by staff with convenient online request form. Everything considered, good value.Review from Apartments.com
