The building security is a concern, as the doors to the parking garage are broken and the parking garage gates are in disrepair. There are also individuals, including children, seen wandering in the hallways. The weight room requires an additional set of dumbbells and updated equipment. The pool is not clean, with the water appearing dirty, and the outdoor grill is consistently in an unclean condition.

The staff of the property always do the best job, Kassie/she’s might be the assistant manager , Kimberly and Nathan. I just wanna say the pools , gyms and the yoga, the instructor she’s so sweet , those are most definitely worth. The management doesn't appear to care about the condition the apartments are left in prior to new residents moving in. My apartment was never cleaned or inspected prior to my move in. I communicated this to staff. Several weeks after I moved in while I was about to step into the shower someone began unlocking my door without having knocked first. I'm a single female who lives alone, so this was alarming to me. It was two staff, one male , one female who had attempted to unlock my door ...
(fortunately I had both locks engaged) to clean. I was never given a date or time that someone would be dropping by to clean. I had been told weeks prior someone would clean the apartment shortly; however, weeks had passed and it hadn't happened, so it was a surprise when they just showed up. I requested they return at another time, which has never happened. I reported all this to front desk and to this day my apartment has not been properly cleaned. I'd also like to mention that the apartment building and floors are often filthy, and are not cleaned on a regular basis. My car was towed weeks after I'd submitted it for registration. Which the online registration went unnoticed by staff for weeks regarding approval status. After my car was towed I politely asked to speak with management. This is when I was directed to a female sitting directly in front of the staff I was speaking to at the time. This women made it clear the lack of action on their behalf was somehow my fault, because I didn't come to the office after submitting the application. That was not communicated initially, not to mention what's the point in submitting the app online if the requirement is to speak to someone in person? I was given an address to pick up my vehicle, that was towed to a location in McKinney that was not clearly marked and difficult to find due to the business having another name listed entirely. When I arrived the person who'd towed my vehicle admitted to seeing the car had been submitted weeks prior for approval status. I was then told the apartment complex hadn't approved things in a timely manner, so there wouldn't be a charge. Unfortunately they had taken my car, leaving me without transportation, so I was forced to cancel an important commitment I'd made that day. I've also had multiple issues with receiving packages/mail. I have yet to receive three separate cards that were mailed multiple times to me by my bank.
