October 13, 2023Residents and the safety there of is not a priority for this community. As a resident of over 5yrs, the only reason I've stayed is b/c due to illness its hard to move out of a 3rd floor apartment. But the lack of care and upkeep of the property w/ the execption of weekly lawn maintenance; my mind is definitely made up that this will be my final year as a resident of Cortland Belgate. Idk whats thinner, the walls in my apartment or my patience with the neighborhood! Dont move hereProperty Manager Responded

I regret to hear that you are having these concerns during your time with us but would like to provide some solutions in regard to some of these items. We work with a security patrol company, Securitas, who patrol the community multiple times throughout the night and are available to assist residents as well as our CMPD courtesy officer who is also able to assist you when you have concerns within the community after hours. Our residents' comfort is very important to us, so if you should ever find that your comfort is being disturbed by excessive noise from neighbors, please let us know. We are always happy to address any issues of excessive noise. I would greatly appreciate an opportunity to speak with you regarding these concerns and work to turn your experience around.
