Worth a look if you need a place to live
December 30, 2025Have lived here almost 3 years. Pleasant environment, fantastic office staff and maintenance crew. The apartments are updated with appliances, cabinets and appearance overall. As with all complexes you get a mix of clientele - some bad, but here mostly good, decent, friendly folks. They host a number of events to attend and those are always fun. They do events for families and some adult only events. Crafts, games, wine nights… always fun.Property Manager Responded

December 2, 2025My move in was unique because of the government shutdown. The property did accommodate me with a date change. I wasn’t given a tour of the property. So there’s some amenities I may not know about. The apartment wasn’t thoroughly cleaned I had to have it done. The shower doors should have been replaced or the bases should have been cleaned. There was gunk buildup. There’s paint splatter everywhere ie floor mirror and baseboards from non professional painters. Things like these should be taken care ...of before someone moves in. These are older buildings I later found out. I should have done more research but due to time constraints I wasn’t able to physically visit the property. For the price at least ceiling fans and lights in the room should have been installed.Property Manager Responded
