March 10, 2026The front gate has only worked for a combined total of one or two months out of the nearly two years we have lived here, and usually only for a week at a time before breaking again. On top of this, they charge 75 dollars for replacement RFID cards even though these cards cost about 1 dollar online and take seconds to program. Considering how much we pay in rent, it does not feel great to be nickel and dimed on basic items like this. The front desk staff is often unhelpful and occasionally rude. ...When I was overcharged for rent after renewing our lease, they argued with me for 45 minutes insisting it was my fault, when it turned out to be a mistake on their end. There was another incident where Dominique believed my wife was speeding and decided to get in her personal vehicle, follow my wife home, and yell at her. This is completely inappropriate behavior. Aside from these issues, every time we have had a problem, the staff has been unable to resolve it, and I have always had to escalate it myself. They frequently say they will follow up, but they never do. The burden is always on me to continue reaching out to fix the issue. Alisha is the exception. She is very helpful and professional, but it is not always possible to deal directly with her. The AC unit in our apartment is extremely old and has to run almost constantly just to maintain a temperature of 72 to 74 degrees. This results in exceptionally high electric bills of over 250 dollars some months, which is unreasonable for cooling a one bedroom, 900 square foot apartment. The AC unit also has mold inside it. Maintenance came and cleaned a few vents but did nothing to address the mold inside the unit itself, so it came back within a week. Some of the maintenance staff do not speak English, which makes it impossible to communicate problems. I once tried explaining an issue with our closet to a staff member, and he simply said “no English” and stared at me. He did not attempt to get a translator or offer any solution. In healthcare, when a patient does not speak English, we provide all necessary translation services so they can receive proper care. As a paying resident, I should not have to be the one accommodating this; the responsibility is on the service provider. Trash frequently piles up outside the trash compactor. Worth a look if you need a place to live
December 30, 2025Have lived here almost 3 years. Pleasant environment, fantastic office staff and maintenance crew. The apartments are updated with appliances, cabinets and appearance overall. As with all complexes you get a mix of clientele - some bad, but here mostly good, decent, friendly folks. They host a number of events to attend and those are always fun. December 2, 2025My move in was unique because of the government shutdown. The property did accommodate me with a date change. I wasn’t given a tour of the property. So there’s some amenities I may not know about. The apartment wasn’t thoroughly cleaned I had to have it done. The shower doors should have been replaced or the bases should have been cleaned. There was gunk buildup. There’s paint splatter everywhere ie floor mirror and baseboards from non professional painters. Things like these should be taken care ...of before someone moves in. These are older buildings I later found out. I should have done more research but due to time constraints I wasn’t able to physically visit the property.
