Very nice apartments the staff is friendly and the maintenance team is very hard working. They are constantly keeping us updated about any renovations or repairs that are going to be happening so we are not surprised. They have excellent events every week really trying to build a sense of community

I Moved to Cortland Bermuda Lake Dr a little over a month ago and I already absolutely LOVE living here! I greatly recommend moving here if you have pets or just want a more comfortable and quiet place to call home. I’m a college student and I have a cat so, I was looking for a place that was both comfortable for me and my cat and thankfully I found this place before classes started. The maintenance is super kind and helpful, they jump right on the job when something dosent work or or just needs ...
