Buyer Beware

I took back my last review because I thought it was harsh and I wanted to give them another chance. I was wrong. One star it is. Over this last weekend I had a package get trapped in their package lockers with perishable items inside of it. The management company decided this wasn’t an emergency and refused to get me my package for 2 days. Meanwhile the item inside went bad. While all of this was happening my hot water went out which they also waited until Monday 2 days later to address. ...
Management took no responsibility for either action and made no effort to make anything right. They told me flat out it was not their problem about the package even though they are the administrators of the lockers and hold the master key. They blamed me for the hot water delay because apparently submitting a work order isn’t the right way to do it. I apparently have to call in. However in the past submission of a work order was plenty. This management takes no accountability and poorly manages this property. You can get cheaper rent and better management at surrounding properties. Buyer beware!!!!

Hi Kelly, We're sorry to hear that you remain dissatisfied with your experience. Regarding the hot water issue, our community provides a 24/7 emergency maintenance hotline specifically for urgent matters such as loss of hot water outside of office hours. While a work order was submitted, the issue was not reported through the emergency hotline as required for immediate after-hours response. Despite the hot water issue not being reported through the proper emergency channel, our on-call technician identified the request while responding to another emergency at the community and attempted to contact you over the weekend. Unfortunately, the call was not answered, no return call was received, and the entry preferences selected on the work order did not authorize access without prior contact. As a result, we were unable to enter the apartment and complete the repair at that time. As for the package locker issue, the situation occurred outside of business hours due to what appeared to be ...
a delivery or technology-related error. While we understand your frustration, package locker access issues are not classified as emergencies and our community does not provide 24-hour concierge services. Once our on-site team returned to the office on Monday morning, assisting with your package was one of our first priorities, and we worked to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, even offering to coordinate pick-up before our office was opened to the public. We recognize that this experience was frustrating, and we genuinely regret that we were unable to provide an immediate resolution over the weekend. However, our team followed established procedures, attempted to proactively assist where possible, and worked diligently to address both concerns at the earliest opportunity. We remain committed to providing excellent service to all residents and wish you the very best moving forward. I would recommend this property to anyone who likes a quiet well maintained property- with little turnover in terms of management and maintenance- Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently- people are respectful- close to the bus depot- nice safe area- I have been here March 2020 and would not move anywhere else. I have caused no trouble in this community. The way I have been treated during this overall issue with my fridge is wrong. I am a good tenant, and I do not deserve to lose money and time. I was shown very little consideration yesterday when I came into the office and I think professionalism needs to be something that your team works on. I rescheduled appointments that I had on Tuesday for Wednesday and now I have to reschedule them again for Thursday. You can treat your clients this way, but ...
