May 13, 2025It’s a pretty good community. They have a lot of community events. The parking lot and spots are very tiny. You get dinged all the time. We had expensive parts stolen from our car. The pool is small but has a hot tub. The fitness center is pretty good.Property Manager Responded

They have been cordial and accommodating with every request or question we have had while we have lived here. We had to switch apartments to increase in size and they more than helpful. March 17, 2025I have been a resident of this community for over four years and I’ve only had great experiences. The front desk management are very kind and friendly. The staff that does Repairs are quick and efficient. If I have anything from my burnt lightbulb to needing a door handle fixed the request lightbulb immediately process and I get someone same day or within 48 hours. The property is very clean and very quiet. You don’t have party noises or dogs barking at all times of the day. Any complaints are ...taken very seriously. I didn’t rent here but i should have
February 22, 2024I toured here and ended up moving down the street since they had a killer move in special. Cortland Broomfield at the time didn’t have a move in special and now I know why, they didn’t need one! They were upfront and honest and I wish I would have moved here.
