My wife and child came here from Japan to visit for 3 months and she commented that it was a very comfortable place to live. My floor is on the third floor, and the stairs are gently angled so that I can carry my shopping up them with no problem, and the stairs are wide enough to easily carry large items. Just make sure to ask about the rate for gas and electric!! Unless things actually change after the years I've spent here you can plan on spending a FEW HUNDRED just on utilities regardless of your household size!
