March 31, 2025This property is a good community. The front office staff are always great and willing to help as much as they can. Anthony (the community manager) was the star that helped me when I submitted my application. He absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I was able to move in and able to do it at the preferred date. You can normally catch him at the community events (along with his other staff) socializing with the residents and just building a sense of community with everyone. March 31, 2025The best thing this property has going for it is the staff. The leasing staff are very helpful, friendly, and professional. Anthony (property manager) tends to always go above and beyond for his tenants and even prospective tenant; same for the staff he employs. And the building staff do their best to keep the building running nicely, and to keep it clean. They also tend to have consistent events for tenants, which is nice if you’re a social person. Now, the cons would have to be the parking ...situation. It has a garage (only two levels; would have definitely benefited to have three levels) with small spaces and not enough non reserved spaces for tenants. You almost are forced to pay for a reserved spot (that has doubled in price) if you want to park in the garage and happen to work late or are out enjoy a night on the town; by this time all non reserved spots are full or there may be a couple too tight to squeeze into. Overall the complex is okay. Neighbors are friendly, most try to keep it clean (there are always some slobs wherever you go), and the farmers market across the street is okay.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
