March 7, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comIn my entire adult life I've only lived in two apartment communities and Cortland Flatirons is hands down the best. We've had a few opportunities to move to other, newer complexes, and even buy a condo but after doing the math, we are grateful that this has been "home" for the last 10 years - that provides all the things we love. The location, convenience to shopping, restaurants, trails, pool, jacuzzi, gym. The ever present, efficient, helpful and friendly team led by Austin as well as the ...amazing maintenance crew Chad and Gaspar. My absolute favorite things about living here is the genuine community we've built. I know my neighbors, and their dogs, and kiddos. As does the onsite team! We've created friendships and have pool parties and host one another at our apartment homes. I love the amenities which include a rotating rock wall, rooms to work in that are very quiet, year-round pool, and covered garage parking. The apartments are also really nice - mine has lots of light, no-slam cabinets, and hardwood.
