December 17, 2025I’ve lived here for a few years and haven’t had any complaints. As long as neighbors put their trash out in the morning, it helps avoid raccoons in the hallways at night. July 7, 2025Initially Cortland seemed a nice place to live once I moved in there so many roaches I had to take matters into my own hands. Pest control came by and told me roaches are in the walls. OMG that means I have to live with it then. Also my upstairs neighbors children run through the apartment and have broken 2 of my pictures off the wall.
