December 31, 2024Sometimes when you move in community management does not explain all the things and that caused lots of penalties for residents. When you go in office management team always busy and sometimes you will not get answer you need . Also roaches are coming in apartment from large sink holes but management is not aware. Roaches problems they need to fix immediately but for us that problem solution to resolve took 3 months .Review from Apartments.com

My sons came in from Atlanta and had nothing to say but good things about the building and surrounding area. December 31, 2024The team at Courtland Las Colinas has done an excellent jog since day one. Great team, I have no complaints regarding the team however I do have a complaint about the door to door trash pickup. They drop debris down the hallway when picking up the trash. Apparently it’s from someone’s loose trash. I tie my trash tight so nothing can come out, others should do the same. If it’s too full start another bag.Review from Apartments.com

Our apartment is facing towards the lake view and we enjoy our summers mostly in patio. Security of the apartment is a great thing we need to talk.
