April 15, 2025Honestly, too expensive for the size of the apartment. Especially since the surrounding area has gone down hill over the last 4 years. Yes, this is a nice apartment/apartment complex but the price per square footage is honestly ridiculous at the end of the day, especially in this economy. Her communication skills go above and beyond. - listens/reads thoroughly first, explains and answers all of my questions concerns, helps me to understand the apartment rules that I didn't get to fully understand before, follows up within 24 hours, and great manner as she interacts with possible stressful environment. I appreciate all the help she gave ...me in the month of February 2025 and she is one of the reasons why signed for a new lease.
