I moved in July and this was my first real apartment. I was thoroughly impressed by the atmosphere of the area and how welcoming the staff was. The amenities are great and I have never had a bad experience with them. I have recommended Cortland to friends that are interested in moving to Raleigh.

We’ve lived here 1.5 years and plan to stay as long as possible. The community is quiet, well maintained, and the management & maintenance teams are very responsive and friendly.

Great experience since I’ve been here and appreciate the renovated unit. Have been very happy with the maintenance team and timely service they’ve provided anytime I’ve put in a request. Overall, I’ve been happy and enjoy the grounds and the location!
