I’d rate my apartment 3.75 out of 5. Great location, large unit with lots of windows and natural light. Mature landscaping with trees bushes and flowers throughout. Affordable rent.

I moved in July and this was my first real apartment. I was thoroughly impressed by the atmosphere of the area and how welcoming the staff was. The amenities are great and I have never had a bad experience with them. I have recommended Cortland to friends that are interested in moving to Raleigh.
