April 24, 2025Been here for a few months and so far things have been good. The setting is peaceful with a nature trail where you might actually see deers. The community is well kept with the occasional weekend trash overflow but the crew do a good job cleaning it up and keeping up with trash issues. January 27, 2025I love Cortland Park 83. I've lived here for two years now, starting in a one-bedroom unit and then moving into a two-bedroom in the last 6 months. I believe the unit and community are well worth the financial investment. Management and maintenance are wonderful- I truly feel they care about my needs and the community as a whole. Any time I have submitted a maintenance request, they are always done the same day or I get updates if they take longer than a few hours to complete. The amenities are ...so nice- 2 pools, a gym, tons of places to walk and be outside. Overall, I love living here and feel it fits exactly what I was looking for.Property Manager Responded
