My husband and I moved into Peachtree Corners Cortland as a temporary home while my husband works nearby until we retire to N. Georgia. We appreciate the property amenities, the quiet surroundings, and the care in making the apartment surroundings very comfortable and well kept. The location is great for a variety of restaurants and shopping is very close so that’s an added bonus!

I moved here from downtown 5 months ago. I love it. Quiet, great amenities, great staff. Rent is comparable to what I paid downtown, but even with the commute it’s worth having some peace and quiet and more space!

I really enjoy this community. The setting is so beautiful. I love going out to the pavilion, love that there is a walking trail. I have lived here almost 2 months now. This is a quiet, peaceful community. I have heard loud music once or twice, but overall it is quiet, so I am satisfied. I also love that there is a fitness center and pool, so I don't need to have a gym membership.

This community is very safe and clean; we really feel like Cortland is our home. Our apartment is beautiful and the amenities (dog park, pool, walking trails, grills) are enjoyed by our whole family. Maintenance staff and management are very kind and responsive.

Cortland Peachtree Corners is a wonderful place to live. It is a quiet and clean community and the leasing office staff are super nice, friendly and very helpful. The apartments are far enough away from each other in the building that you don't have to worry about hearing your neighbors through the walls. It is within close proximity to shopping and it is really easy to enter and exit the community during rush hour because of the traffic turn lights. There is plenty of parking at all times, day, ...
night, weekends. They host several community events each month and although I have not have the opportunity to attend any of them yet due to timing, I am made aware of them days in advance via email, which is super nice. I hope to make it to some of these in the future.
