April 8, 2024Cortland Peachtree Corners is a wonderful place to live. It is a quiet and clean community and the leasing office staff are super nice, friendly and very helpful. The apartments are far enough away from each other in the building that you don't have to worry about hearing your neighbors through the walls. It is within close proximity to shopping and it is really easy to enter and exit the community during rush hour because of the traffic turn lights. There is plenty of parking at all times, day, ...night, weekends. They host several community events each month and although I have not have the opportunity to attend any of them yet due to timing, I am made aware of them days in advance via email, which is super nice.
