My family has made Cortland into our home. The team is great, the events are fun, and the pools and fitness area is always clean and available. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else anytime soon.

This complex is vey quiet and the neighbors are friendly in passing. My neighbors are very quiet and I think it is because we have a mature community. No fast driving in the parking lot and the grounds are very well kept.

Cortland Prairie Creek is a beautiful complex, with a lot of green space. The property is very well maintained. Office and maintenance staff are quick to respond and take all questions, concerns, and requests seriously. It would be difficult to find any other apartment complex with the same responsiveness.

This has been the nicest place my sons and I have been able to afford to live in and create a place that feels like home. While we may have an occasional noisy neighbor or something, it’s very insignificant in comparison to things we experienced previously where we lived. The only big complaint we’ve ever had continually since living here is how disrespectful and rude some other dog owners are about cleaning up after they do the doodie’s. We have a large dog and I’d feel like such a jerk to leave ...
