Cortland Prairie Creek is a beautiful complex, with a lot of green space. The property is very well maintained. Office and maintenance staff are quick to respond and take all questions, concerns, and requests seriously. It would be difficult to find any other apartment complex with the same responsiveness.

Cortland prairie creeks are excellent apartments if you are looking for privacy, maintenance team us very responsive and helpful, all apartments has garage and storage space which I personally find useful, the neighborhood is nice and friendly.

This has been the nicest place my sons and I have been able to afford to live in and create a place that feels like home. While we may have an occasional noisy neighbor or something, it’s very insignificant in comparison to things we experienced previously where we lived. The only big complaint we’ve ever had continually since living here is how disrespectful and rude some other dog owners are about cleaning up after they do the doodie’s. We have a large dog and I’d feel like such a jerk to leave ...
