We have been living at Cortland Preston North for years. The entire Cortland team is great and always helpful. All our service request is taken care of expeditiously with the maintenance team being friendly and very professional. All the grounds and pool are kept looking great. We highly recommend Cortland Preston North as a place to call home.

My husband and I have been with Cortland many years now. The office and maintenance teams are the best. Everything is well kept, and everyone is very friendly and helpful all the time. We don't call it apartment living we call Cortland home. I would highly recommend Cortland Preston North to everyone looking for a place to call home.

Overall Cortland community has been awesome. The maintenance team is professional , courteous, & knowledgeable, Canyon & Nino both. Office personnel, manager Corderro and Tyler (leasing consultant) work great together as a team to make sure residents concerns are taken care of !!

I have an excellent experience living here and recommend to anyone. Maintenance team have an excellent performance fixing work orders the very next day are in a timely manner. The staff are always knowledgeable, patience, and friendly. I recommend this place to anyone.

We have been with Cortland since 2015 and have always been highly satisfied with the service from the front office team and the service team. The grounds always look nice, and we feel like we are a small community. We highly recommend Cortland as a place to call home.

Make sure you are asking for every charge that will be applied to the rent and for it to be itemized before renting. If you're good on the price then by all means rent here. It's calm, friendly, and great location.

Cortland Preston North is a great apartment complex, with only one major issue: the leasing office is in desperate need of a major remodelling. The location is perfect (super close to both Prosper shopping center), the prices are reasonable, and there's no crime here, but the leasing office looks like it's from 1990.
