    This is a clean, comfortable, chic building to live in. It is close to the train, but the building is quiet. I just moved to the city and the area is fun, young, and accessible to just about anything you would want and need. There’s always a cute dog to pet and someone in the lobby to say hi to, I would recommend the area and the building to someone moving in the area.

    We have lived at this property for two years and it has been a fantastic experience! There are two factors which uniquely set this building apart from the other, many buildings you could live in downtown. First, for some reason there are so many low buildings around this one that it creates a beautiful urban horizon - especially on the east side of the building, which is also where the pool grand grill-out patio area faces. It's remarkable! Second, the building hospitality staff could not be ...
    any better! Nate and Imani are second to none the best property managers in the entire Cortland property family - I guarantee it!! The welcome-desk staff are just as friendly and warm: Tiara has been a steady presence always welcoming us to the building and wishing us a good day as we leave for work. Herman, Isaias, and Maria take great care of the building proactively addressing potential issues with doors, elevators, and the entire building is spotless all the time! It's great living downtown amidst the great restaurants and bars, and our experience is made even better when you come home to friendly, warm and welcoming staff! We are so appreciative of the staff that take care of this property and have loved Cortland's investment in the property since taking it over!

She truly is the heart and soul of this building and is one of the main reasons so many of the residents continually resign their leases. While this building is in the heart of the city, we are tucked away a little in River North giving it a very quite feel. The apartments are beautiful and having such a big balcony is amazing.
