Amazing Location
October 31, 2025My husband and I toured 7 complexes along the buffalo bayou. The access from these apartments is by far the best. Plus the complex itself is lush and green and excellently maintained. It’s perfect for our dog. And our leasing agent, Stephanie, was great. She wasn’t pushy like some agents at other communities. The entire staff is wonderful. Great choice near Buffalo Bayou
October 25, 2025What I love most is the greenery, most apartments I saw in this area were hotel style but I love the nature feel this property has. There’s lots of trees and plants all around and it’s easy to catch Buffalo bayou trail.Property Manager Responded

October 7, 2025I toured 14 managed apartments in Houston and I'm so glad I chose Cortland River Oaks. I think it's the best neighborhood to live in Houston if you care about walkability and easy access to the city offerings. There is a good share of younger people living here, but the community is quiet. The apartments have a much better layout than most of the newer buildings in the city, and it beats them in price to value. Amenities are good too.Property Manager Responded

Management failed to communicate major construction projects, leaving residents to deal with constant noise and disruption without notice.
