The noise is unbearable—constant hammering, shouting, and leaf blowers from superficial construction projects (e.g., January 8, March 7, and June 4, 2025) have obliterated any chance of a peaceful ...work-from-home environment or rest. It’s infuriating to learn management is employing undocumented workers for these shoddy projects, adding to the chaos with their unprofessional behavior, like pacing and yelling near units. Mandatory fees like $25/month for useless valet trash and $18/month for a broken Fetch delivery service are a slap in the face. Recent water shutoffs (May 1 and 21, 2025), repeated pool closures (May 6 and June 4, 2025), and garage construction that dirties cars and blocks access have made this place intolerable.
