February 28, 2025I removed my 5-star review because I no longer fear retaliation after being threatened with eviction. Staff does not follow the lease, so I strongly recommend documenting and recording every interaction. February 6, 2025I recently went on a tour here. I absolutely love the homes and how they have wood flooring throughout the entire home. They have updated appliances, including a brand, new washer and dryer. I have to have one of those in a while. I’m still looking around, but I think this will be my next home. November 11, 2024biggest issue in this complex is appliances are very old from dishwasher to refrigerator and AC buying refrigerator from China. That brand new one is been made 40 years ago and it makes crazy sound and the dishwasher is probably for 20 years ago as well as the AC. they need to invested more money when they promise they’re consumer your moving to renovated unit, but the reality is not renovated only based on the color of the wall and the bathroom that’s all about it.Review from Apartments.com
