Super Welcoming!
July 13, 2023Lauren has been very kind and has personally led me through the entire process from applying to moving in. I really appreciated all of her support. She and the Cortland community have been very welcoming and I am excited to move in. My only upset was in relation to setting up my initial rent and move-in date; my move-in had to be postponed due to the background check not arriving in time, which led to my rent rising. I met with Jasmine and she walked me through the entire model apartment, the complex, showed me the dog park, the pool looks amazing and I had a 1000 questions and she answered them all. Without a doubt the worst apartment I've lived in
February 17, 2023First weekend in this place there was a shooting right outside my apartment. They towed my car TWICE despite it being registered. It's expensive for the area. In regards to your car being towed, we understand that may be inconvenient for you, but we do require all residents to have a Cortland parking sticker visible on their windshield in order to not be towed. If you need a sticker, please come to the office so we can issue you a new one. As for our amenities, except for the business center hours of 8am-8pm, the rest of them are open at all times. You may have an issue with your key fob that we would gladly reprogram for you so you can access them.
