April 17, 2025I have lived here over a month and I’m in love!! The apartments are large and well maintained. The community amenities are beautiful. The property and grounds are well taken care of. The apartments are pretty quiet too as they are not made out of wood like all the other newer construction apartments I went to see. The area is amazing!! With Cranes Roost Park a few steps away. Walk to Whole Foods, Ulta, Petco, and so many other shops. I love parking my car in the garage instead of it baking out ...in the sun. I highly recommend!!!Property Manager Responded

Loving my new home!
July 22, 2024I recently just moved into this beautiful community with my roommate, and we have been blown away by the customer service and welcoming demeanor the office team demonstrates. We moved in the week of them celebrating residents' appreciation week and every day we were showered by them, from breakfast on the go to free pizza slices. But what stood out the most was the fun pool party they put together for the residence's this past Saturday! They served us amazing food, drinks and played some fun ...games in the sun. It was extremely hot out there but every time I looked their way they were smiling and engaging with every resident. I am so happy we decided to move into Cortland Uptown Altamonte because within a week I truly feel appreciated by the team here. I am absolutely loving my new home!Property Manager Responded
