Amazing apartments!
December 18, 2025I have been living in these apartments since January of last year so coming up on my one year here and they are phenomenal. I have never lived in such a well taken care of complex before. The community is quiet and small. The buildings are maintained and clean. The leasing office and staff are just the nicest and so accommodating and helpful. Any problem I’ve ever had the maintenance team was on it so quickly either same day or next day. November 21, 2025I picked this place for the location and 24 hour gym access since I work late. It's proven to be a really nice place. Its small so it feels more homey. Overall Great Place
July 8, 2025I’ve been living at Cortland West Houston Apartments for several months now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The community is well-maintained, the landscaping is clean and modern, and the amenities—especially the gym and pool—are top-notch. The staff is generally responsive and friendly, and maintenance requests are handled promptly in most cases. The apartment itself is spacious with updated appliances and finishes. I especially appreciate the in-unit washer/dryer and the smart home ...features. Parking is usually easy to find, and the location is super convenient, close to the katy freeway, shopping centers, and restaurants. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to occasional noise from neighbors. But those are relatively small complaints compared to the overall quality of life here. Would definitely recommend Cortland West Houston to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to live in the area!Property Manager Responded
