Very good place to live in. Cortland community parks are clean and well-maintained, making them great places for everyone to enjoy. The grass is trimmed, the pathways are clear, It’s nice to see how much effort is put into keeping the parks safe and beautiful. Clean parks encourage more people to visit and spend time outdoors. As a Realtor, I have researched several apartment complexes for clients. When the time came that I needed a place to land, Cortland West Plano was the perfect choice for me! The location is convenient to major freeways, shopping and restaurants. I love that some units have attached garages. There’s a feeling of community here, especially among the families with children. Safety, location and maintenance are excellent. And the staff is so friendly! I would highly recommend Cortland West Plano!

The Super Senior Citizens , who are not earning and have no income, should be offered discounts in the rent. Moreover there should be a quiet and peaceful living environment for Super Senior Citizens , but sometimes they loose it due to noisy and foot stomping upstairs non responsive neighbor(s) . So the management should do something.

Maintenance has truly exceeded our expectations! Ozzy was fantastic in assisting us with our pest issue and fixing our door on October 25, 2024. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. Additionally, we had someone come by on November 7, 2024, but unfortunately, we weren't home to catch their name. This wonderful person went above and beyond by bringing a heavy Amazon box upstairs for us, something we had been dreading for weeks. We were genuinely touched when we returned home to find it moved ...
upstairs, especially since they had only come to fix our microwave handle. Best after a long day at work surprise. We would love it if you could find out who this kind individual was so we can express our gratitude. They truly made our day, and we want them to know how much we appreciate their thoughtfulness.
