Worst services and apartment is not livable with pest issues and no proper AC Unit and these issues left unattended for 2 months now

We're saddened to hear this, but appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience.
We hope to address some of the concerns that you have mentioned. While we understand AC is critical in the summer heat, we do sometimes have to wait for a deliver on a part. While your HVAC blower was replaced same day as your request, when you started facing a new issue and reported it, we addressed that timely as well. While your AC is working perfectly, we have ordered a full new HVAC system for your home and communicated that on the request you made last night. The new unit should arrive by tomorrow for install. However, please keep in mind that in 107 degree heat, your fan will not turn off while trying to cool your home to 70 degrees as it is set to. HVAC systems are designed to cool the home only 20 degrees less than the outside temperature. Given your AC is cooling to 70-77, this is amazing! Regardless, we will always help.
As for the pest issue that you ...
have experienced, the best solution is still to sweep your floors or vacuum regularly. While Arrow Exterminators keeps treating your home and we have sealed any potential entry points, millipedes can happen during the summer as they too are seeking your cold AC to cool down from the outside heat.
