Great when amenities work

Pros: great appliances and apartment layouts. Only one shared wall is nice, especially in a pet friendly place like this. Lots of great amenities. Office staff is friendly and usually pretty good with communication.
Cons: Had to wait a full month for our sink to be fixed and had zero communication about what was going on or when it would be fixed (additional maintenance people hired after). Hot tub and pool area were out of service when we moved year a year ago for renovations and we only had ...
one week out of 3 months where it was working. This year, it’s been out since before December and unlikely to be fixed until after Memorial Day (biggest reason we moved in here was because we were told these would be open year round but have been out of service for 5 of the 10 months we’ve been here this time around). There is another pool and grill area but unfortunately no hot tub on that side. Floors are super thin, didn’t think we’d have to worry about that on the top floor but our cats bother our downstairs neighbors quite a lot just being cats so being below heavy walkers or dogs might be pretty noisy.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear about the issues you had with your sink and the lack of communication. We are working diligently to make sure we communicate promptly with every issue. As you mentioned, we now have four members on our service team and have a new office associate starting today, May 20th.
With the pool, it was unfortunately significantly damaged from the hard freeze in January. We have made significant progress on the repairs and should have them completed by Memorial Day. We look forward to you being able to enjoy both the pool and spa very soon.
