August 11, 2025At this point, I’m deeply frustrated with living here and am actively looking forward to moving out. For months—since at least March 2025—I’ve had no access to the portal to view statements or pay rent, no confirmation if my mom is on the new lease, and no emails or notices about changes. Even the clubhouse printing was removed without my knowledge. I’ve reported the portal and email issues to Kristina and the other manager multiple times, yet nothing has been fixed. Every month, I’m forced to ...go to the leasing office just to pay rent. The callbox has also been broken for months, making deliveries nearly impossible, yet management has still implemented a phone-only entrance system.
