    This is 1st experience in an apartment building and I have to say that I was very nervous. However, the staff & management made us feel right at home. We also have the most awesome neighbors and it’s very calm & quiet here. Not to mentions the grounds are beautiful.

    The grounds are well maintained and the amenities are modern and accommodating. A lot of natural light in apartments and the pool is saltwater and not cold which makes it more enjoyable.

    I’ve never lived in an apartment in my entire life. I’ve always lived in a big home.     Since moving to the new side of Cortland Wren Northlake I have been enjoying the personal entrance way. I enjoy the windows since, my old residence did not have any in the unit we lived in. Having the Amazon Hub and mailroom was helpful and makes it convenient to get mail and packages. Also, the layout with all hardwood flooring and the double door entry to the second bathroom is awesome. I am glad we made the choice to move to the new upgraded residence.
