The office associates are amazing - always welcoming, kind, and professional, willing to help me with any concern or problem. Great Spot, Even Better People
December 5, 2024I moved into the complex in 2018 and couldn't have been happier with the experience. The apartments were well-designed, modern, and perfectly located for my needs — 50 minutes to DIA, close enough to Denver, Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, and Greeley to enjoy all of the arts, sports, and food options I wanted. The property is well maintained and is a place you can be proud to have visitors. The pool, gym, and common area amenities are fantastic. What really sets Cortland at 2534 apart, ...though, is the people. The maintenance staff is amazing and responsive while the office staff makes it a point to get to know you and accommodate where they can. Special shout-outs to Brittany and Patience who were exceptional throughout my time there.
