    It is a pleasure living at 5100 Ronald Reagan Blvd. Cortland at 2534! The entire office and maintenance staff are so nice & friendly. If we have any issues they are sure to help in a timely matter. I’ve lived in other apartments but this has been the best experience by far!

    I would look into smaller, more local rental companies before signing a lease with this national corporation. They build apartments that look great in photos that they can get away with over charging you for.

    Portland 2534 has been such a pleasure to live in that we have chosen to stay since 2019. The management team is best in industry and personable, empathetic and sensitive.     This is a great place for people wanting to live close to the city. Right next to two intersecting highways that'll take you anywhere you need to go in CO. The customer service is incredible. Would say it's a little on the expensive side, but I've still lived here 2.5 years. So it's worth it I think.

    Cortland 2534 is an apartment home complex above and beyond my expectations! The office associates are amazing - always welcoming, kind, and professional, willing to help me with any concern or problem. The amenities are great - gym; large, outdoor, all-season pool; hot tub; outside grilling and entertaining opportunities; beautiful grounds with trees, bushes, flowers; and walking paths. The weekly presence of food trucks is fun and very appropriate choices. Overall, a fantastic place to live!

    Spacious apartments with new appliances. The management team and maintenance team are very welcoming and respond to any issues in less than 2 days. Hot tub is open year round and the gym has a good variety of equipment and machines to use.

    I moved into the complex in 2018 and couldn't have been happier with the experience. The apartments were well-designed, modern, and perfectly located for my needs — 50 minutes to DIA, close enough to Denver, Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, and Greeley to enjoy all of the arts, sports, and food options I wanted. The property is well maintained and is a place you can be proud to have visitors. The pool, gym, and common area amenities are fantastic. What really sets Cortland at 2534 apart, ...
    though, is the people. The maintenance staff is amazing and responsive while the office staff makes it a point to get to know you and accommodate where they can. Special shout-outs to Brittany and Patience who were exceptional throughout my time there. For me, a home is about the people and this staff helps make Cortland feel like home.
