Horrible Management
October 12, 2024Been living here for 7 months. I live in the most expensive unit the Warwick. We got the townhouse with our wood floor being damaged with dust and debris coming out of it. I’ve talk to management and even called into the Cortland head office in Atlanta. They told me they can’t fix it and gave me a defective unit. Also, I’ve complained about the marijuana scent coming from my neighbors to the management multiple times. Nothing has been done about it even though it is a no smoking community.Property Manager Responded

October 13, 2023So, Berkeley Park is a pretty clean place with some cool people living here, but the rent is just crazy high. They even bumped it up by almost 20% recently! There's been a ton of construction going on too - roof fixes, gutter stuff, painting, and road work. It's been a hassle, with parking spots taken by construction crews and kids not having a safe place to play outside. Also, for how much we're paying in rent, you'd think there would be a party room or some kind of hangout spot, but there's ...nothing like that. The gym is just okay too.
