The rent is reasonable and affordable! The neighbors are friendly. The management team is very helpful and also friendly with everyone. March 18, 2024Hi there, Thank you for taking a moment to share your feedback. It sounds like you may be living in one of the three or four apartments that experienced heightened condensation during the last cold snap. We sent out an email in advance of this with information on how to prepare your home, but we know that despite even the best efforts, weather can still find a way to create challenges that we want none of our residents to experience. For each home that was reported to us as having been affected, we had AmeriStar and a service team member determine if mildew was present due to the weather or to general moisture levels in the apartment. Following this, we treated all areas that were in need of it and our AmeriStar representative passed on recommendations for how to reduce/eliminate condensation. As an additional touchpoint of ensuring that this issue was resolved, we scheduled follow-up appointments to confirm that condensation levels were declining. This period did result in higher ...bills for all residents, and we understand how that may be an inconvenience for some. Our service team strives to go above and beyond every day, so we regret to hear that you felt that their efforts during that time did not meet your expectations.
