May 15, 2025Overall the courtland community is pretty good. The maintenance is amazing, and they have been slowly updating the community to be fully renovated. One complaint i have is some of the amenities not being open or operational. Last complaint is the billing and charges, there are multiple charges for the same things and not a lot of clarity. April 3, 2025DONT MOVE HERE. Too expensive with almost no amenities available. Parking is horrible and the towing policy is even worse. Many things are outdated like the a/c. Amazing office staff!

Paul and the property manager went above and beyond to help me with the parking situation. I love that the gym is now open 24 hours and made accessible for people with difficult schedules.
