    Cortland has a lot of potential. Some of the staff are very nice and some of the staff you can tell don’t want to be there. They use false advertising by showing off a pool that is not even accessible , for quite some time now. It can be a good neighborhood if they put in some effort.

    I’ve been living here over a year and I love it! Great staff & positive vibes! Paul and the leasing office are awesome & Alexis and the maintenance team are the best! Efficient, kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. Property and units are beautiful & clean. Safe area. Definitely my favorite complex I’ve ever lived in South Florida. Plus the sunsets from my balcony can’t be beat.
