As a resident, I expected professionalism, communication, and accountability, but that has not been my experience. It’s frustrating to feel that concerns are dismissed rather than taken seriously. Management has made me feel like my tenancy and concerns are not valued. I hope ownership takes a closer look at how this property is being managed because residents deserve much better
