The construction is always ongoing and seemingly unnecessary. It is very intrusive and something to bedealt with all the time.

We have told many friends and a colleagues how much we love it . It was a hard decision to move into a high rise. Our two story home was too much for us. We loved the floor plan and that and the view sold me.

Cortland on McKinney is a great place to live. The location is fabulous, the apartments are traditionally styled and the staff is friendly, considerate, knowledgeable and responsive. We lived here when we first came to Dallas. After leaving Texas for nearly a year, we didn’t hesitate to return to the luxury high-rise we enjoyed so much.

The front desk and door staff are the best! Ernesto, Alonzo, Marlena, Ali - when he’s in town, Kenny, whom I haven’t seen lately, and all the rest of them provide excellent client service. I really appreciate their positive attitude and attention to detail. The new office staff could learn a thing or two from them. Since Cortland have taken over, I don’t know any of the office staff. When they first came, I would see them in the hallway and they wouldn’t even speak. I started seeing them ...
regularly and that’s when I realized they must work there. A few times they’ve gotten on the elevator with potential residents. The potential residents will speak and the office staff would not part their lips nor even acknowledge my presence. We have never been a community with this type of attitude. When I moved here years ago, the one thing I love is everybody greeted you when in the common areas.
