Ernesto, Alonzo, Marlena, Ali - when he’s in town, Kenny, whom I haven’t seen lately, and all the rest of them provide excellent client service. I really appreciate their positive attitude and attention to detail. The new office staff could learn a thing or two from them. Since Cortland have taken over, I don’t know any of the office staff. When they first came, I would see them in the hallway and they wouldn’t even speak. I started seeing them ...regularly and that’s when I realized they must work there. A few times they’ve gotten on the elevator with potential residents. The potential residents will speak and the office staff would not part their lips nor even acknowledge my presence.
