At first I thought it was great but as I moved in I was sorely disappointed. I was being accused of something that wasn’t me. (Not cleaning up my dogs poop) which he never even went on the premises because he went to work with me and I took him for walks. Never got a complete copy of the lease only got partial copy. Then got told that black material in the bathroom closet was candle smoke. Who in their right mind lights a candle in a closet? Which I’m sure if that was truly the case I would have ...
gotten yelled at for lighting a candle in a fire hazard area.

Gutters/downspouts are missing/broken and coming off the roof, nails sticking out. They leak and flood front and back sidewalks and in front of both back and front doors. Yard maintenance is never maintained, overgrown weeds on bushes, never trimmed, even weeds growing in parking lot. Sidewalks, in front of doors, and parking lot is not snowplowed, it’s up to the tenant to shovel. Inside maintenance is not addressed in a timely manner, windows are old, screens not repaired. heaters in the walls, making heating bills enormous! The walls above the heaters get hot and bubble the paint. The laundry room area is dirty/horrible, one dirty washer and dryer. Poorly maintained apartments. Moved out last month due to the poor conditions, false repair promises and EXTREMELY rude management!

Sewer backs up into bathroom multiple times, gutters leak terribly over front AND back doors so yours soaked either way when your coming or going,sidewalks flood as well as in front of both doors, none of our interior doors shut and 1 doorknob barely hangs in door, theres 50 coats of paint everywhere to cover wallpaper, bottom of shelf in fridge is cracked and you cant put anything on it, blinds are hanging on back door with tape, our bathtub is disgusting with paint drops and caulk EVERYWHERE, ...
the heaters are old coil heaters built into the walls and makes electric bill SOAR for a measily little apartment, cops are here ALL THE TIME for the drunk screaming neighbors and they dont care because they dont live here. Absolutely NO ONE cleans up after their dog except 1 person, which also no one keeps their dog on a leash-even the mailman is afraid to deliver mail!!! Needless to say we are moving when lease is up
