Wonderful place to live!
March 21, 2024I have lived at Coryell Courts for fourteen years. It is a wonderful apartment complex. The apartments are very pretty and the staff and maintenance keeps them well maintained. They have a style about their design. Whenever I need something, they are ready to help to fix anything or answer any questions and they are always kind when I go to the office and very helpful. There are very many amenities that are wonderful. The staff is so helpful. All the managers have been kind to me. Recently ...MacKenzie, the manager here, is so caring and helpful, and keeps things so nice here along with the staff. Thank you so much. Poor Construction and Terrible Management
September 15, 2023I've lived in multiple luxury apartments. Coreyll Courts is the worst EVER. It's ridiculous they call themselves "luxury". Read below you'll understand why. 1. Terrible attitude. After one month I moved in, I received an electricity bill. $68 for one month in a one bedroom unit. Obviously, there's something wrong. Very likely they count the previous electricity usage in my account. I went to the office to figure this out and explain over and over. After two weeks, they still couldn't get this ...solved. Their staff Jayden, even said "no one would go back and forth for you" regarding the issue and directly hung up my call! As a management staff, your salary literally paid from our rent and this is your job and responsibility. Esp when you wrongly charged the residents, and you wanted them to pay what they don't owe? How ridiculous! 2. Lost Packages. I dropped off some Amazon packages to return in the leasing office. Total worth over $400. Put a note on them "for UPS pickup". Their staff in the office told me face to face that they'd make sure the packages get picked up. Guess what, they had them lost. I asked them to check out the security camera and they said they found nothing. I went to their manager, not surprisingly, his attitude was very arrogant and said they wouldn't be responsible for that, nothing further. The packages were literally lost in the management office and your staff gave their words to me. How come it's not your responsibility for this? They made me bear with the loss due to their mistake. Unbelievable. 3. Poor quality of construction. If you'd like a quiet place to live, this place is a nightmare. The ceilings are thin like paper. Whenever my neighbors upstairs walking around, it's like elephants stepping. What's worse, they always made noise in early morning and late night during the quiet time. Under this situation, my sleep and mental health had been affected seriously. I reached out to the management many times regarding this, the upstairs hardly made any change. In the end, the noise problem was not solved and the management wouldn't respond to my emails. 4. They charge you for unreasonable fees and put on debt collection without notifying you. If you're thinking to move in Coreyll Courts, do yourself a favor - look around for other apartments for a happier life. You really don't want to live in a poorly constructed apartment with such terribly unprofessional management.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
amazing place to live!
November 4, 2016Honestly, these are some of the best apartments I have every lived in. The people are amazing, the staff look so professional and the walls are so thick, you couldn't hear anything from your neighbors. As soon as you close your door.. silence. It's beautiful on the inside and out. I wish they would expand to Tulsa, OK. I really miss this place. Always clean and quick to fix anything you need and the walk afterwards is very truthful. Safe and clean, I would recommend this place to everyone ! ...Love it! The only con is the poor internet but they try hard to fix it. It's A Wonderful Place
August 4, 2015At Coryell, you'll find people of all ages and all walks of life. This gated community offers amenities that include a large swimming pool, hot tub, gym, and many more. Internet and cable is included so residents are free to pursue their online degree or browse the web. Pets are more than welcome and make the complexes feel alive. Well maintained and easy to work with
September 3, 2015TLC Properties manages several properties in the area. They are all very similar. The staff have proven to be very friendly and easy to work with. Most of their properties, including Coryell Courts, have phase 1 and phase 2 properties - the phase 2 properties tend to have extra amenities, such as media ports and speakers, smart thermostats, secure building access, and elevators. Even without the extra amenities, the phase 1 properties are every bit as nice. They have all proven to be very ...well maintained; maintenance has been quick to respond to any request or issue we've reported. My only real complaint would have to be with the internet. They use a provider who contracts with the local cable company. 1.5Mb internet and cable is provided; however, the internet can be upgraded for a fee. We've paid extra for higher speed internet, and have only actually gotten those speeds a few times. It can also be a bit noisy at times, but not a big concern - it's mostly stomping or shuffling that you hear; we certainly haven't noticed that we've been able to overhear neighbors' conversations or television noise.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Coryell Courts
August 25, 2015We moved into Coryell Courts on September 10th 2014 and we have loved every minute. From the get go the office staff was very atentive and helpful in showing us around and helping us to make our decision to stay there. Once we moved in the apartment was in perfect condition. We had a few issues with our upstairs and downstairs neighbors making noise very late into the night and the 24 hour security responded in no time at all and got everything figured out. At one point we managed to lose both ...of our mail box keys and the office staff gladly made us a replacement key at no extra charge. I can't race about the staff enough with how incredibly helpful and nice they have been. No matter what issues we have had it questions we bring up they never even have a hint of annoyance or anything. The property itself is gorgeous. Gated community with 24 hour security makes everyone feel safe. Clean up crews are always around cleaning and organizing and on several occasions in just this year they have gone around and cleaned the outside of all buildings and patios. The pool is huge with a volleyball net and hot tub open all day and easy to get into. They even provide pool toys for people of all ages. Standard Apartment Living in Springfield
July 27, 2015Coryell Courts is a very nice apartment complex. The secure entry and gated area is what attracted me to the complex, not knowing the Springfield area at all when I moved here. However, after living here for 2 years, I don't think the security is really necessary. The apartments are nice because they are so new but you certainly pay the price for it. The location is nice - close to downtown and the highway. TLC properties certainly has its quirks but the new manager of this complex is absolutely ...wonderful. I have had a few rude interactions with other people in the office but the manager has always been great. The best place to live.
July 23, 2015Coryell Courts is the perfect place to live you get the luxury of living in a gated facilities . You have security that circles the parking lots during the night. It is pet friendly and is has well maintained property. Unlike other places it has a pool with a hot tub, movie theater, gym with tanning beds in a separate room, tennis court, basketball court, and a volleyball court. Also on property are barbecue grills, dumpsters and recycling. You also have your own balcony area so you can step out ...and enjoy your morning coffee or just watch the sunrise/sunset.
