Not a fan. Roach infestation, there’s never anyone in the office. The apartments are not kept up. We moved in and it was completely filthy inside. The pictures they have for the pool on this site is completely staged as the pool is never cleaned nor kept up and always closed. Not sure why they even have a pool if it’s never taken care of. Do not recommend living here. It’s gross and nasty.

I moved here from another state. Been here 2 1/2 months and there is mold on my walls, cabinets, and furniture.
I was told my house was not tidied up enough and that it's because of how I wash my dishes and that even my bathroom could be picked up better.
Maintenance man told me he could tell my furniture was in storage. I told him everything was new and he looked at my furniture up and down.

The pool is always CLOSED (for 9 months).

Leasing person is HORRIBLE, she holds her hand out for rent check without greeting you or asking how things are going in the apartment. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked to place a work order. Maintenance NEVER came.

The grounds are beautiful. It's the perfect place to live, ONLY if you're homeless and plan to pitch a tent and live in it to enjoy the grounds.

I would like to apologize for any problems or inconvenience you are having or have experienced. If your microwave is currently not working, please call the office and report the problem to us so I can make sure maintenance comes by today. For any work orders that are reported, maintenance makes it a priority to take care of it that day. We don't want anyone to have work orders that are not being completed, that's why we ask if you have any issues to report them to the office right away. All of the amenities provided are always available. The pool is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. with the exception of Mondays, it is closed for cleaning. The fitness center and computer lab are also open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. I'm sorry you work during those hours, we are closed on the weekends and therefore the office is not available for use at that time. Several months ago, we were able to get an online payment portal setup to pay rent online, now our residents has the ...
