Walls are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING! Don't expect to sleep past 7:30 a.m. Doors slamming constantly day and night, maintenance outside of your window for 45 minutes mowing a patch of grass while their cigarette smoke blows into your window, the neighborhoods turning on their shower is loud enough to wake you from a sound sleep. You can actually hear the neighbors going to the bathroom! You can hear people in other apartments whole phone convos like they're sitting next to you! It's ICE cold ...
all winter long, car break ins, police constantly outside for one reason or another and the rent increases are absurd! They changed the name but not much else! Look up the old complex name Troy Hill Apartments that's where you'll find the real reviews!!!!

I have lived at these apartments for 3 years while going to school. ( one bed room) They run there company professionally and have great maintenance staffs, there pricing amazing for what you get and with the distance to schools and the bars it is a great place to live. the laundry rooms are big and well taken care of and are on the property and very reasonably priced. The hot water never runs out which was a huge plus. the gym on site is clean and has a fair amount of work out equipment. There ...
is plenty of parking and the apartments are massive I had three couches in my living room, still with plenty of space to spare. As long as you follow the rules which there are very few, you will find this to be a amazing place to live.
