Availability, Specials, Screening Criteria & Applications found at (Our Properties-North Metro) Non-Refundable Application fee $50.00 per adult. Deposit $500.00 paid online within 24 hours of approval to avoid cancelation of application. Additional Deposit variable.* *May be required based on the screening report making the total deposit equal to the rent. Residents responsible for required monthly utilities: Electricity paid to Connexus Energy RUBS Water/Sewer variable* RUBS Processing Fee $6.00 RUBS Trash $15.00 Minimum Liability to Landlord Insurance Policy $10.50 ** Landlord to Liability Insurance Processing Fee $4.50** *See utility addendums for full RUBS disclosure. **Residents are required to have Renter's Insurance with $100,000 limit of liability. Residents that provide the Declarations Page of their own Renter's Insurance policy with all adults listed on a policy will have these fees waived.
