Cottonwood Apartments offers large apartment layouts, tons of closet space and washer and dryer hook ups in each apartment. We furnish your major kitchen appliances, have on-site management and maintenance with after-hours maintenance available for emergencies. Our office is open Monday through Friday 9am-4pm and Saturday 9am-5pm for your convenience. We offer several ways to pay your rent each month. As a resident, you will have access to our online platform for requests, payments and records. The lease is one year long with an automatic renewal option. Cottonwood Apartments provide monthly pest control as well as garbage service. The resident is required to set up their own water/sewer and power through the local companies.

February 1, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comI have only lived here since Sept. 2017 but I have to say it is quiet, neighbors are quiet and respectful. The office manager Nicole is great! She is also cheerful and Jan is awesome!! I love my apartment!!!!
