      • Terrible place--avoid!

        We've been here for three years and have regretted every single minute of it. Maintenance is so unresponsive and useless they're more of a menace than a help. Within the first six months a giant crack appeared in the exterior wall under a window in a bedroom we use only for storage, and every time it rained we had a flood that drenched the carpet in that entire bedroom and out into the hallway beyond. When we first discovered the flood it had already saturated everything on the floor and mold ...
        and rot had destroyed things in the closet including some big framed heirloom pictures stacked against the wall. It took management over two weeks just to respond to the maintenance request, and more than two whole months before they finally did something to repair the wall and keep the water out. And then we had to complain for another few weeks to get them to come out and cut out several feet of wall board that was crawling with black mold (toxic) instead of just painting over it. We hoped things would get better but...here we are 2.5 years later and it's still bad. And that's how it's gone ever since for the rest of the three years. Ignored maintenance requests. Refusal to do anything about obnoxious neighbors with dogs barking and howling all the time, and then there's the fact that the proper name for the complex should be Dogs**t Palace because many owners with huge dogs leave deposits all over the place and never pick them up, and nothing ever gets done about it. You would NOT want your kids playing on the ground here. As a current snapshot of what you can expect if you live here: right now we have a dishwasher that hasn't worked in over a month, a month-old ignored maintenance request, multiple other maintenance requests asking for help with a roach infestation coming in from filthy neighboring apartment (also ignored), and worst of all an AC unit with a loud buzzing electrical short circuit inside it and burning insulation smell and flickering lights in the apartment and an emergency request (we don't want to get caught on fire) we have every reason to expect will also get ignored. For the love of God if you need an apartment, look elsewhere.

        When we first moved in there were cockroaches. I’ve talked to other tenants and they have had them as well. I’ve had multiple water leaks for multiple reasons. I’m constantly finding multiple kinds of bugs. They don’t deep clean the units after residents move out. We had to deep clean behind the stove and fridge which was disgusting. There’s old cockroach bait everywhere. And there’s no way for us to get out of the lease without spending well over $2,000, even with the health concerns. On top of ...

      • Breaks contract agreements

        Anything in the rental agreement that has to do with loud and bothersome neighbors is completely ignored. Do not recommend any student who wants or needs peace and quiet to stay here.

We do encourage our residents to be good neighbors and open a dialogue with each other to address any concerns. Additionally, we work closely with the police department and encourage our residents to contact local law enforcement should your neighbors create a disturbance. Levels of noise are subjective to each individual. Should you experience a disturbance during office hours we encourage you to contact the office so we can witness the situation and contact your neighbor during the disturbance.       • Great place to live

        I have lived here since 2013 and have seen a 180° turn around. The apartments are nice and well kept. The grounds have improved with places to picnic. The pool area has been redone. There is an indoor workout room with new equipment. The maintenance requests are answered within hours and usually fixed the same day. There is an app for payments and maintenance requests. The property is safer now. I would recommend giving this place another look if you haven't already.

      • Trust me don't bother

        The people aren't bad, the place isn't either but once you are in & signed a lease you're done. They won't fix things & if so it will take a year or so. What you pay for is what you get. Once you're in good luck cause if you want out then it's a breach of contract if you're not happy. They work on the apartments to get people in but once in there's stuff that needs to be fixed. That's considered an upgrade. So you really do get what you pay for. Doesn't do any good to complain cause as long as ...

        It took longer than two and a half months and multiple maintenance requests for them to finally fix my front door so that it could lock. I was never comfortable living there until they found the time to fix this. They have been slowly renovating the apartments (new carpet) however the thing that really need to be replaced is the plumbing. It was built in the 70s and hasn't been updated. All of the sinks in my apartment are slow draining no matter how much draino and drain snakes I used. The ...

        At first i was skeptical moving into another apartment complex, the apartment complex that i came from was terrible, the police or emergency services were always out there, there was always something breaking that they would never fix and it was just a mess.
